Police at Saffron Walden in Essex are looking at helping the victims of crime by getting officers to mark up property with CREMARK overt property marking kits when they visit. Special Constables are also to be utilised in on-going projects in the area where CREMARK will give a visible deterrant to the theft of property and help reduce crime.
