Part of the CRE team were fortunate to be invited by Pc Hazel Goss and Pc Alyn Smith of North Wales Police to Llandegla, a centre for cyclists who hit the many wooded mountain trails on the site. As part of Team Green Britain's Bike Week, CRE assisted Hazel and her colleagues in demonstrating products available for cyclists to protect their cycles.

A beautiful day brought out the enthusiasts in their droves and the centre was a hive of activity and many present were very interested in security advice, especially when as several admitted they had already been victims of cycle theft, with some of the items stolen being valued at over £3000.00.

Whilst many will remember the day for Englands footballing failure, we will take pleasure in happy memories of a very beautiful part of the country and the wonderful people who made us welcome throughout our visit.
